For grown-ups
Littlewan works in any web browser. To read with no internet, add it to your iPad or tablet’s home screen, then save the books your child loves.
1. Put the library on your iPad
- Open this page in Safari.
- Tap Share , then Add to Home Screen.
- Open Littlewan from the home screen.
On Android, tap Install the library at the top of the page, or use the browser menu.
2. Save books for offline
- Inside the home-screen library, tap Save to this device on a book.
- Wait for the green tick. The book and its voice are now on the tablet.
On iPads, books saved in Safari aren’t shared with the home-screen app, so save them from the app.
Made safe for little readers
- No chat or messaging.
- We count how often each book is read, so we know which stories children enjoy. We never collect names or anything that identifies your child.
- Reading progress is saved only on your device.
